Immer erreichbarer, unkomplizierter Host (einchecken via WhatsApp mal etwas anderes)
Mir war beim Buchen nicht klar, dass es sich um eine Wohnung mit separaten Zimmern und einer Gemeinschaftsküche handelt, aber man fühlt sich trotzdem ziemlich privat :)

El alojamiento es excepcional. La ubicación, la limpieza, el trato al cliente, todo fue perfecto. El anfitrión, Mattia, estuvo súper atento de principio a fin. Sin duda, lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza, cada día las zonas comunes se desinfectaban y se reponía el café, el papel higiénico, etc. El alojamiento es súper completo, no falta absolutamente nada, hasta el aire acondicionado se activa y desactiva con Alexa. Tuvimos suerte y nuestros vecinos no fueron nada ruidosos, el descanso nocturno fue genial.
No mejoraríamos absolutamente nada. Gracias, Mattia, por tu atención y por hacernos sentir como en casa!

Bella struttura, tutta automatizzata e quindi serve un pò di manualità con la tecnologia. Stanza giusta per 2 persone ed in ottima posizione. Buona la presenza del frigo in camera. nella cucina a disposizione delle camere bell l'idea della macchine del caffè con cialde e tisane
Trovandosi sopra ad un vialone trafficato si sente un pò di rumore già dalle 6-7 di mattina. In tre notti non è stato fatto nessun cambio biancheria\asciugamani. Accettabile, ma se fossi rimasto un giorno in più mi sarei aspettato il cambio

Posizione centrale strategica, fermata autobus di fronte casa, supermercato sotto casa, ambiente moderno, spazioso, pulito . Mattia e la mamma, i gestori, accoglienti, attenti e disponibili.
L'unica pecca, ma per me che ho una certa età e un problemino ad un ginocchio, secondo piano senza ascensore ma con scalini comodi.
