It was clean, in the centre of the old town, very close to everything and Roberta is very kind and helpful 😀 Thr water jug in the room was a very nice surprise
Some details, like the toilet paper wastebasket's lid that was broken and you had to open it with your hands or the lack of sponge in the kitchen in order to wash the dishes. Small details that make the difference

Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms in a characterful house with great location.

The staff otherwise was very friendly and helpful.
There was no internet and there was no breakfast the second morning. The first morning I had to pay additionally for the breakfast. It was supposed to have a balcony in the room but we didn't have a room with a balcony.
