Friendly staff, good-sized room with everything we needed. Great location for the train station and for exploring the old town. Easy self check-out.
We only got the check-in/ how to get in information when we messaged to say "we think we're here, what do we do?", but then it was quick! The stairs would have been difficult if we had suitcases rather than backpacks.

The staff otherwise was very friendly and helpful.
There was no internet and there was no breakfast the second morning. The first morning I had to pay additionally for the breakfast. It was supposed to have a balcony in the room but we didn't have a room with a balcony.
