Lovely place right from being greeted on arrival. Room was so well thought out for comfort. Simple things like proper hanging spaces for clothes, plenty of towels and places to dry them when wet including an electric radiator. Lighting was good and the room was genuinely nice to spend time in. Location was good and contact from the owners was great. I'd definitely stay there again.

Had never been to Cagliari before & read many hotel reviews before picking this property. It was fab!!! The location is amazing, overlooking the marina, restaurants within a minute walk, public car parking about 5 minute walk, room was lovely, had everything we needed, great air con, clean, & Sabrina is a wonderful host, so welcoming! Would thoroughly recommend if you’re looking somewhere central to the city, a view, welcoming & very quirky, a breath of fresh air from the more traditional corporate hotels! Would definitely stay again & spend another few nights in Cagliari! Thank you Sabrina for sharing your home & hospitality with us!
Nothing! Other than I will point out that although there is a lift, internally there are stairs to access the roof terrace where breakfast is served, so may not suit less mobile people.
