La camera era spaziosa. Le lenzuola piuttosto vecchie e la pulizia non ottimale. Il personale gentile. L’attrezzatura della cucina passabile. Per il prezzo va bene così.

Alles so wie beschrieben, nicht weniger, nicht mehr. Lage ruhig, aber nah am Amphitheater und botanischen Garten. Küche zum Kochen vorhanden, sehr diskreter und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Grazie.

La stanza era pulita, ampia, dotata di condizionatore, armadio, tavolo, varie prese, piccola TV e wifi. Niente di straordinario ma comunque tutto funzionante.
Il letto era inoltre molto comodo e ampio.
L'atmosfera è vecchia e l'ambiente molto rumoroso, le porte cigolano e c'è rimbombo di qualsiasi cosa venga fatta in corridoio o nelle scale, dalle chiavi che girano ai passi dei coinquilini e di chi vive nel palazzo. Non è quindi una sistemazione che suggerirei per più di due giorni.
La pulizia di uno dei due bagni condivisi era appena accettabile, ma chiaramente quando lo si ha condiviso bisogna essere preparati (infatti, l'altro bagno era decisamente meglio!).
Valutando struttura, posizione, senza colazione ed il fatto di essere fuori stagione credo che il prezzo di 40 euro a notte sia un po' troppo alto e vada rivisto.

Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów. Łatwa komunikacja z właścicielem. Pokój był czysty.
Łazienka była niezbyt czysta i prysznic był niekomfortowy. Łazienka i toaleta były wspólne. Okno pokoju dawało na wspólny ogród, więc nie można było zapomnieć go zamknąć. Gąbka w kuchni była brudna i nie nadawała się do mycia naczyń, chyba że chcemy żeby były jeszcze brudniejsze niż wcześniej.
