I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was incredibly clean, well-maintained and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which was definitely a lifesaver! But what truly made my stay special was the host. He was incredibly kind, warm, helpful and genuinely caring. No matter what question or little problem I had, he was always there to help and made sure I was okay. I felt so welcomed and looked after from the very first moment. It honestly felt less like staying in an Airbnb and more like staying at a friend’s place. You can really tell that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience. His hospitality was beyond what I expected, and I am genuinely so grateful for all the help and kindness he showed me during my stay. I have stayed in many different accommodations, but this was definitely one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve ever had. I felt completely comfortable and truly felt at home. Honestly, more Airbnb hosts should be like him! If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate — I would recommend it 1000%. I will absolutely come back whenever I’m in the area, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Il proprietario della struttura Giuseppe semplicemente fantastico, molto disponibile presente e cordiale, al nostro arrivo si è offerto di accompagnarci al mare con la sua auto. L'ultimo giorno oltre ad averci dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino al tardi pomeriggio si è offerto di accompagnarci direttamente in stazione...il miglior host che abbia mai trovato. Camera pulita con tutto l'essenziale in zona residenziale, posizione ottima ben servita dagli autobus.

Ottima accoglienza, il proprietario si è dimostrato fin da subito accogliente e disponibile. La.struttura era pulita e ben curata. Stanza bella, con aria condizionata, tv, letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. A disposizione si aveva caffè, biscotti un frigorifero e tutto il necessario per poter anche cucinare in autonomia. L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo, facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenzialina di Cagliari e permette di spostarti agevolmente anche fuori città. Io ogni giorno mi spostavo fuori città e non ho avuto problemi di traffico.
