Dans la montagne sur les hauteurs de Stresa, nous arrivons dans cet hébergement. Il y a un grand parking facile pour se garer. Nous avions reçu toutes les informations pour rentrer dans le logement.
Les 2 chambres que nous avions réservées se trouvent à l’étage (escaliers). Elles sont simples, propres et calmes. La vue sur les hauteurs du lac ou sur le village rend le séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très simple mais suffisant. Bon séjour dans cet endroit reposant.
Peut-être un manque d’humanité puisqu’il n’y a personne pour vous accueillir.

Edificio molto bello e ben curato, la stanza in ordine dotata ti tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, c'era anche il parcheggio personalizzato. L'accesso ed il chek-in molto semplice. La vista dalla nostra camera era molto bella.

Purtroppo le massime stelle che ho dato a tutto si cancellano con l'incomprensione ed il problema xhe si poteva risolvere da parte del personale per la mancata colazione.
Noi eravamo convinti di aver la colazione compresa, e quando l'host ci ha detto che ci eravamo sbagliati, abbiamo chiesto comunque di poterva avere ovviamente pagando e lui ha risposto che non poteva perché aveva tutto contato.
Da notare che aveva una macchina del caffè tipo distributore.
Davvero sconcertati.
Quando siamo usciti per lasciare il luogo ci ha detto, in un modo che sembrava ci facesse la carità, che un caffè lo potevamo prendere.
Non si fa così.

P.S. Indicano nelle istruzioni di parcheggiare all'interno e non c'era posto per l'auto che abbiamo lasciato in strada.
