Chambres spacieuses et très propres, petit déjeuner sympa

La situation (trop éloigné de Stresa), impossible d'y aller à pied par exemple. Et c'est beaucoup plus loin que ce qui était indiqué. Le parking trop petit pour accueillir tous les clients. Nous n'avons trouvé ni de distributeur ni de spa. Trop chaud, pas de clim, et beaucoup trop de moustiques pour pouvoir ouvrir. Attention aux prises pour les français, il faut un adaptateur.

Eccellente! L'acqua blu del lago, i colori ed i profumi delle ortensie sono ancora nei nostri occhi.

Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti soprattutto per la comodità dei letti. La posizione in altura favorisce correnti d'aria fresca che hanno garantito un riposo eccellente! Colazione nella norma, c'era tutto per ogni gusto. La posizione a 10 minuti da Stresa è compensata dal panorama, dalla tranquillità, dal clima e anche dal parcheggio nella struttura sempre disponibile.

Visto che è stata riaperta di recente con una nuova gestione, Matteo è un ragazzo cordialissimo, sempre presente, che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste con puntualità. Ha molta voglia di fare e per questo noi lo incoraggiamo a migliorare sempre. Abbiamo suggerito di istallare un piccolo distributore di bottiglie di acqua e di integrare la colazione con alcuni prodotti tipici artigianali della zona.

stanza sulla strada, odore di muffa negli armadi, bagno senza bidet per portatori di handicap s noi non avevamo questa necessità fortunatamente, senza accessori per pulizia e senza parcheggi disponibili in quanto le stanza sono maggiori ai posti auto e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in strada con la macchina piena di attrezzature costose

Ottimo alloggio

La stanza quadrupla dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort con una bella vista lago. Ottima la gestione del check-in online. Situata a 15 min circa di auto dal centro cittàdi Stresa, ideale per raggiungere il porto di Stresa per visitare le Isole Borromee.

Fornire più prodotti per il bagno (bagnoschiuma).

La struttura è pulita gradevole e in buona posizione. Silenzioso il contesto, parcheggio comodo

È un peccato che non ci sia personale presente. Per quanto si stia freschi rispetto al lago, non c’è condizionatore, zanzariera e sinceramente neanche la vista lago dalla stanza. Uno sforzo in più sul set di cortesia.

I materassi per i carcerati, con delle molle che mi hanno massacrato i fianchi, non essendo in grado di caminare giorno dopo, ho abbandonato prima del termine la struttura, chiedendo il rimborso non sono preso neanche in considerazione magari con una risposta. Peggior locale senza personale che io abbia mai visto. Sconsigliatissimo. Proprietari cinici, senza vergogna che ne anche sono fatti vedere ( personale mancante, struttura deserta, non c'è nessuno che ti dia una coperta che avevo freddo).
