    £150 per nite for very very outdated accommodation. Smelly carpet. Using portable aircond. I have no option bcoz its the cheapest room for a weekend. Felda PIC have to spend for refurbishment. Its been the same for the past 30 years.

    Grand Central Apartments, we're amazing clean had everything that you needed. Very close to public transport and supermarkets close by for all your needs. Great options for eating out a d centrally located for sight seeing g

    Booked this hotel on our return from travelling around the UK. Stayed here for 5 nights earlier and rebooked a Double Studio. Upon check in this evening, was given a room in the basement. Receptionist said that my agent (Agoda??) had booked for a Basement room. I did not request for a Basement room when making my booking nor was there any indication that the room I booked was in the Basement. The receptionist even said that they are upgrading me from Double Studio to Triple but its still in the Basement! This has spoilt our UK holidays completely having to deal with this. Another issue was that, there was no Dish Washing soap, so I called the Receptionist to request for one after we cooked in the room as it has a Kitchenette, Receptionist said, they don't have as Housekeeping is closed. How difficult is it for the Reception to hold some stocks of Housekeeping amenities and supplies? I am very disappointed with this visit. As far as I am concerned, I booked via Agoda and not "an agent". Receptionist said that its not their problem but mine!
