I liked the comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff, location.
When I arrived, I was informed that my room had been upgraded for a bigger one, which is always a pleasant surprise. But the room was located on a lower ground floor, which basically means the basement, and window was facing the stairs leading up to the pavement... bit weird location for an upgraded room. The morning in the room was spent with the curtains closed, as there was someone sweeping the stairs literally 20 cm from my window. I know the stairs need to be cleaned of course. But still, staying in such a room, even a clean and comfortable one, is not considered a top class experience.
