    Location superb but not for the hotel itself! £100 vs RM100 hotel budget in Msia, I would say Msia much more better.

    Great staff and exceptional room maid. Everything is at your doorstep from food to sights to see. Neighbourhood a tad noisy at night but that’s to be expected in a big city.

    I was traveling solo and my experience was amazing. There staff were there 24/7 and ready to help. My room was upgraded to Classic double which I am so satisfied and thankful. There are clean and well-maintained. I can't thank enough each of their staff as they were very warmth and cheerful. One factor that vetoed best of this hotel is that very near to two tube stations - the Bayswater and Queensway. It is also surrounding with many food options from budget to high-end. Many souvenir shops are also here which peace of mind if you have last minute necessities. Hyde Park is just a stone throw away if you enjoy sight seeing and active sports. I am looking for the next stay here again anytime soon.

    Rooms are really run down. Sound proofing is bad. You literally can hear what your neighbour is doing. Hand washing sink, bath tub and toilet are semi clogged whereby water cannot go down when in used. However, location is convenient for food, groceries, subway and laundry.
