The location and price made it value for money. It is very easy to catch a train or bus. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants / cafe / bar / supermarkets within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.
It is a bit cramped especially if u have more than 1 big luggage. Although there is a kitchen, it is too small to do much cooking. From the picture it looks bigger than the actual size.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the apartment has air conditioning which was a blessing given the heatwave, and it was relatively quiet throughout our whole stay.
The apartment is in desperate need of renovation. The flooring was burst and moved when we walked on it and the poor state of repair made the apartment look and feel dirty, which I don’t believe it was. For a small apartment, the facilities were good i.e. the small kitchenette. The confusion of the room was just disappointing.
