Location was superb, very close to local amenities and tube stations. The room was very clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils and crockery etc..
The bathroom was tiny and you couldn't use the sink if the shower door was closed. Also the safe was locked when we arrived and they gave us a code via WhatsApp when we asked for it to be sorted. That worked but it isn't very secure if everybody that ever uses the room knows the code thereafter rather than allowing the occupant to choose their own code. The room was on the 4th floor but the lift only went up to the 3rd. Not a problem for us but this could be a problem for somebody less able.

The location was great, right next to Kensington Gardens. You have the choice of 2 tube stations, depending on where you're wanting to get to. The room had everything we needed, a small kitchen and coffee machine, wardrobe, hairdryer, ensuite and comfy beds.
The only negative, was that the bedside table hadn't been cleaned and had a sticky drink mark on it.
