    This review is in two parts. Part 1: when we arrived we were allocated a basement room which was stuffy, poorly designed (it had a large sofa bed which took up most of the available non-bed space). It was noisy (from street noise) and the shower ceiling was curved which limited its use - (I am 5’10” and would have to bend down to fit in the shower). We were also disappointed that when shown our room, we were directed down a staircase by the staff which we then navigated down with two large suitcases (without any assistance) despite the fact that there was a lift which we could have used but only found out about later. Room 2: we complained about the room as we had purchased a ‘city view’ room and the noise and we were moved to a room on the 4th floor which was much much better. Staff helpfulness also improved immeasurably between the two rooms. If you are purchasing rooms for. This hotel, make sure you are not potentially buying a basement room and if you have a city view room, then you should insist on this. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Close to several tube stations, portabello road, Kensington gardens etc.

    Convenient location with less than 10 min walk to Bayswater station. A lot of restaurants and supermarket around. We sometimes had breakfast or dinner bought from M&S as we had a pantry in our room. The room is clean. Although it's quite hot in the afternoon but it's okay to sleep through njght without A/C.

    這間Service Apartment位於BaysWater車站，不過如果攜帶大行李，這個車站是沒有升降機。鄰近地方非常方便，附近有超市，酒店對出大約行10分鐘已經有一間M&S Food，可以購買食物回酒店翻熱。而且附近很多餐廳和早餐店。不過要注意這間酒店是沒有冷氣，如果打開窗，不能整個打開。不過我很喜歡這間酒店浴室的設施，花灑頭放出來的水非常猛，沖涼很舒服。房間內設有微波爐，煮食也非常方便。有一晚，不知道為什麼我的雪櫃門卡住了不能打開，然後第二天找員工幫手，第二天晚上我會酒店的時候已經處理好這個問題。這個我也點讚一下。而且每一天都有員工在房間執床打掃。不過這間酒店迂迴曲折，一個樓層太多房間，所以回自己的房間的時候就像走迷宮一樣。不過我也推薦這間service Apartment是不錯的！

    Avoid. Staff are not helpful. Rooms are old and dirty. Corridors are very narrow and unsafe for emergency. Windows are very small facing the other walls. No aircon in most rooms but the booking page doesn't tell you that (I got the information when I completed the booking). They did well in photography but in reality disappointjng.
