    This hotel is the sister hotel of the Phoenix Hotel next door, will you have to check in. The KG hotel has no reception area, no facilities, and no lift – bear in mind if you are on the 4th floor as there are 80 steps to climb. Location is great though and close to 2 tube stations.

    I was allocated room 5 on top floor Unfortunately no lift so hard work if you have luggage or elderly. I'm 71 was very difficult 67stairs. They probably would of changed rooms if I asked but I couldn't be bothered to go all the way down stairs to be told nothing available

    Located not far from the tubes on Queensway which has shops and restaurants. Good value compared with the chain hotels on a mid week stay.

    Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The hotel maid woke me up at 10:00 AM by knocking loudly on the door. I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, and the hotel maid still knocked on the door.
