    I chose this hotel for its great reviews, and access to a gym and sauna, but was sadly mislead. When I inquired at check in about the gym and sauna listed in the hotel amenities, I was told there was never a sauna (even though it it listed in property amenities), and that the gym was under construction and they’d give me a voucher for one that was 10 minutes away and I was never given one. I was also given a room right by reception on the ground floor where I could hear everything from outside on the sidewalk, and when I requested a quieter room they told me it would be an additional charge. Also the bathroom in the room didn’t have a door which is just weird. I tried flagging all of this w/ Agoda and the hotel and got no help. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend it, and I would not recommend using Agoda either.

    excellent hotel with surprising value for money - considering it's located in a safe and desirable location. firm matresses for great sleep quality, aestethic interior and a special thanks to Ms. Juan, who prepared my room early!
