Overall a great holiday destination

Location was great for Pradago lift. Breakfast was good. Hotel reception staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Evening meal food choice too fancy and timing of evening meals for children too late. Also beds/pillows very hard. Very traditional hotel. Bit far from main town.

Dinner was amazing - lot of choices - full waitress service , hotel facilities are excellent, very nice staff, great location for skiers.

Juice at breakfast was artificial and not like natural - but this is a minor detail. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel, great staff and short walk into town

Every member of staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice of the usual continental fare plus scrambled eggs and bacon. We were on B&B but ate here a couple of evenings because the food was really tasty, good value and they provided good gluten free options. There are two restaurants the 'normal' and then another with a Michelin star which we didn't try. It's a short walk downhill into town, maybe 5 minutes coming back as it's uphill. We went in September and could leave the car at the hotel and walk across the road and straight up into the mountains or alternatively it was about 20 minutes on foot to the Groste cable car. It's only 100-200 hundred metres from the Pradalago funivia and right on the ski bus route so would be good for skiing.

The only minor irritation was the charging in the room. There weren't many sockets and the socket in the bathroom only came on when the light was on so our electric toothbrushes weren't charging when we thought they were.

That was great

Great location, with a beautiful view of Madonna. Close to ski lift. Spacious, with two rooms and clean bathroom with bath. Comfortable mattresses, amazing view from balcony. Good choice during breakfast, professional and nice staff. Small/medium dogs allowed (hotel must be notified before arrival).

Great place for a vacation in the dolomites

Great location, free parking, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, live entertaintment in the restaurant and in the bar, close to restaurant, shops and you could literally go straight in to the slopes from just outside the door.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking, (though my husband thought it was perfect) and i wish there were a little more vegetarian options for dinner at the hotels restaurant.

Top Dolomites Gran Fondo

Stayed in a single room and it was great. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Also the free underground parking that gives direct access to the hotel was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location may be super for someone who loves ski-ing but for someone who loves doing terrassses in the town centre it may be quite a challenge to get back to the hotel due to the steep road.

2nd Rate Guest Treatment

The location

If you book thru a discount site like this one, you will be given a second rate room and treatment. For example we were given a parking lot view room in low season when better rooms were available. Only after requesting, we were moved to an ok room on the 1st floor above the children playground. And this was my birthday weekend and I had expressed a desire to have something special. We were booked for 2 nights June 11-13 and had also booked for an extra room for my twin sister. So in effect it was like a 3 night stay. Personnel is not so friendly! Pool is small and jacuzzi warm not hot. Breakfast was disappointing. We were never offered eggs but we heard the waiter offering to prepare eggs to another couple. We were seated in the worst pre-assigned table in the dining area by the wall even though other seats were available in a well lit area by the window!!! I felt like a second-rate guest!

Posizione Eccellente , a due passi dal centro , colazione abbondante e varia , torte preparate in casa , tutto fresco , la camera molto pulita , grande e accogliente , staff molto professionale e cordiale , la cena spettacolare stile gourmet , abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo , l hotel è intimo e accogliente , consiglio a tutti questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri !
