Massimo was a nice man at the desk. The cleaners tried hard on the rooms.

Believe the reviews. This is an awful place. First of all, the hotel is run down. Look at the photos. The floor boards are lifting in the rooms, the walls are beaten up, and the beds and furniture are truly 75 years old or more. They are not old enough to be vintage and are just junk. The manager and Veronica at the desk are passive aggressive, dishonest, and uncaring. Breakfast is mediocre but not terrible. The ski rental shop in the hotel has a surly sour faced clerk who cursed at us when we told him the board he gave us had a broken binding. Then he made us to take it to a local repair shop and refused to pay the 15 euro repair bill. Want more? The booking.com site says free parking but they don't honor that and charge 20 euros per day. Wifi? Free everywhere right? Not here. 10 euros per day per person and per device! They have a nice clean pool open 3 hours per day. And the gym? Only open 4 to 7 PM. Who needs it then? The gym is for people who don't ski and needs to be open all day, just like the pool. Here's more. The rooms are insanely hot and you cannot control the heat. We had it off but it didn't matter. There are fire extinguishers all over the floors and used to hold doors open all over. Classy. The location is good but everything else is awful, especially Veronica and the manager. There are nice hotels in the area, and this is Not one. Stay away.

Worst in years! Old and poorly maintained room and hotel.

Extremely old and poorly maintained room. Hotel staff poorly prepared. They tried to enter my room 04 times at 8:30 am, until they managed to knock down my skis, which were leaning against the side door (!! which gives access to the neighboring room !!). Unprepared staff to serve guests in a hotel that urgently needs to be renovated. The price obviously does not justify the poor facilities and the lack of proper cleaning. I believe that this establishment is open only because of its location, the only positive point. Worst hotel I have stayed in years.

Very expensive and noisy oven

Location is really great in terms of position. Can be a valuable option for large groups

Nothing changed since the 60ies, and you can see it: rooms are old, super noisy (large groups of students do the rest). The room temperature was crazy high, we turned it off, but the heat was coming from the rooms below. We had to stay with an open window during the night, and anyway we got sick. Gym and pools were under renovation Check in at 5pm and checkout at 10am for a 250€+ hotel made the rest

Breakfast was ok. I was disappointed that they had the same thing every single morning. They only had scrambled eggs, never fried eggs. they did NOT have a nice selection of Italian cold cuts which is what Italy is famous for.

The bar at the hotel is really great. The bartender makes amazing mixed drinks. It is cozy and family oriented. The hotel has old world charm but could do with some renovations. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and old world. Dont expect high tech its not that kind of place. The original hotel dining area upstairs is gorgeous. Sissy of Austria stayed there in the 1800's. Its great location for skiing for BOTH sides of the mountain. My only three complaints: 1. There is nothing for teens to do. It is the first hotel that I have stayed at that does not have ping pong or something fun for teens. If you have kids 10 and under they will have a ball at the kids club! 2. They have horrendous pieces of art (displayed like a exhibit) all over the hotel that cover up the beauty and charm of the old hotel. I don't know if it is temporary, but it is absolutely disgusting and looks very silly. 3. The pool is only open from 4-7. Idiotic. At least 2-7 would be more reasonable.

Veramente antiquato. Avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento completo. È vero che abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, di sabato in alta stagione, ma oltre 300€ con solo la colazione è un prezzo eccessivo rispetto alla poca qualità.
