Perfect stay in Hotel Zeni

Everything was perfect from the very beginning. Responses to my questions even prior to arrival were quick and clear. The place is super clean, cozy and quiet with beautiful mountain view. Perfect location, few steps from the center and ski lifts. Pradalago which connects to Groste and other ski slopes is just behind the hotel. The owners (especially the lady I mostly communicated with) were very nice and helpful. The hotel provided number of discount vouchers (ski rentals from Olimpionico Sport 2 Piazza Righi and nearby restaurants). Shout out also to ski rental Olimpionico Sport 2 Piazza Righi for great service, delivering and collecting ski & boots to/from the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying in Hotel Zeni.

Basic hotel with a great location.

Pretty basic room, but clean and well kept. Mattress was very firm, and heating was only turned on in the afternoon. Breakfast expensive, but standard for the area. Parking at the property free, though tight, seems like standard for the area. No frills hotel. It was expensive, but I guess you pay for the location. It is situated 300steps to the area where you put skis on and ski down to the Pradalago gondola. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, cafes and a grocery store. Cleaning service was done everyday and towels changed as well. Nice ski room. No elevator. I would appreciate a darker curtain on a window, as it only had a sheer drape, which made it harder to sleep.

The location is perfect - 5 minutes down the street there's Laghi gondola, and you can take routes 91 or 85 to get back right to the hotel. Breakfast is good. It includes yogurt, cereals, a few types of cheeses and meats, fruits, and desserts. The room was cleaned daily while I was skiing. The owners were super friendly and always willing to help.

My only complain is the bed. It was a twin size with very firm mattress and flat pillow. And with my 6 feet (183 cm) I barely fit and had to bend the pillow to make it a bit higher. A couple of things that I would like to have in the room are coffee maker and an iron.

Lovely few days away skiing, Madonna never fails to deliver given its spectacular scenery.

Tip for skiers. Rather than walk round to the Pradalogo gondola in the morning, a shorter walk is to go over to the bottom of the Miramonti black run near the Hungry Wolf Restaurant. From there you can ski less than 200 metres to the Cinque Laghi gondola. This is great if like me you hate walking in ski boots!

Signs of global warming. If it wasn't for the artificial snow making i think this and most other European ski resorts would be finished!

Overall a nice stay, friendly staff. However, some basic things should be improved.

Good location - close to multiple gondolas. Very clean hotel and generally friendly staff. Good ski room. Bedroom size was good.

The shower kept clogging (it needs to be unclogged). There was no socket in the room for computers (the bigger kind), only for the smaller kind for mobile phones etc. So, we didn’t know how to charge our laptops initially. We found a suitable socket outside of the room in the hallway, which was not ideal. Also one of the sockets in the room was loose so it didn’t work. Lastly, the wifi (at least in our room) was very slow even with full bars. My girlfriend was doing some work remotely and had to use her mobile data hotspot because the wifi was too slow to load most things.

How was comunism for me ??? *Warm in home almost nothing, a very little between specific hours ; *warm water almost nothing, only some chill water between specific hours ; *customer care did not exists, all people has to have a job. So, the conditions I had in this hotel: *wake up at 8 o'clock, coming from ski at 13 o'clock, coming from ski at 15 o'clock, coming from ski at 16 o'clock ..... it was really cold in room and all radiators were cold. It was not possible to ajut it from room *no matter of the hour, having the water temperature at maximum, the water was not hot einough for having shower *i had arrived at hotel at 8:30 o'clock. The lady from reception did not speak english. I had asked to have a room - in italian :) - ( the hotel was empty ) but it has not been possible until 14:00 o'clock. *hotel has no elevator *the ski room was so bad projected, that you had to enter the hotel and change your ski shoose in front of the reception *the shower cabin was so small, that if you were a little fat or had a little bigger boobs you could not enter in it - thy might have searched it at Guiness book for the smallest shower cabin in world *the toilet was placed so near the walp and radiator that you could not stay normal on it *they say it's a ski to door hotel, but maybe they reffer to another hote0. From here you vave to walk 7 minutes with ski equipment until the lift. ...and again, in 2021 in Western Europe, a 3 star hotel, you suffer from cold and cold water ???!!!

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Madonna di Campiglio staying at the Hotel Zeni, top resort.

Hotel Zeni is a little gem of a family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable, and fabulous location close to the centre of the town, 300m from the nearest lift, and very easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, and great value. Ski locker room in the hotel.

A normal European family hotel, which however has certain areas to develop. The stuff were overwhelmingly friendly and in my view are the most valuable asset of the hotel in question.

The shoe-dryer located on the ground floor which is supposed to dry ski boots won't work, resulting in wet boots in the morning. Moreover, central heating also fails to function properly, hence it is rather cold in the rooms. As a result, with both shoe-dryers and central heating not working properly it is impossible to have you equipment (i.e. gloves, socks, balaclava etc) dry in the morning. Asked stuff to try to turn up heating, but they were incapable of doing anything. There was nothing warm for breakfast.

Sehr schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel in fußläufiger Lage zur „Innenstadt“. Schöne Balkone mit Blick auf die Ortsstraße.

Leider begann das Frühstück erst recht spät für einen Transalpfahrer und war jetzt auch nicht überwältigend - eher durchschnittlich. Zum morgendlichen satt werden allerdings ausreichend.

Bellissima esperienza

Hotel a conduzione familiare con staf, sempre presente e super gentile, pronti e capaci (e non è poco), a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il rapporto che si instaura tra albergatore e cliente diventa pressoché familiare e quando si riparte si nutre un velo di tristezza....perché lasci persone magnifiche. Struttura ben tenuta, pulitissima e in perfetto ordine. Posizione molta comoda con parcheggio adiacente non a pagamento. Belle le stanze con balcone. Veramente un piacevolissimo soggiorno, grazie ancora famiglia Zeni, siete fantastici. RITORNEREMO. Roberto e Nadia

Un bel week end di relax nel centro di Campiglio

Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questo hotel a pochi passi dal centro del paese e con parcheggio gratuito antistante. La struttura è molto pulita e il personale molto disponibile anche nel soddisfare eventuali richieste degli ospiti. La stanza seppur singola era comoda e abbastanza spaziosa con balcone vista montagna.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, quello che forse mi sarebbe piaciuto è che l'hotel avesse ascensore per agevolare trasporto bagagli e forse qualcosa in più come varietà nella colazione dolce. Per il resto tutto perfetto compresa estrema cortesia dello staff.
