Good property and excellent view!

In overall property was very good and settled in good location where view is stunning. It’s a short walk from Wengen station. In the apartment you can find everything you need for long or short stay.

We experienced some issues with the internet connection during our stay—it didn’t work for a few days. However, I reached out to the team, and a staff member responded very quickly and did their best to resolve the problem. The connection was decent in the living room, but unfortunately, it kept dropping off in the bedrooms, which made it a bit inconvenient at times. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved for future guests!

Stunning views of the alps and Lauterbrunnen valley

This is an authentic Swiss chalet with lovely warm decor indoors and stunning views of the alps and Lauterbrunnen valley and Stubbach falls from a large balcony. Loved the kitchen with the dining table. We had several family meals in here. It’s very close to the train station and the Mannlichen cable car. Probably the best holiday of our lives!

Wonderful experience in a beautiful chalet with stunning views

Location was easily accessible from the train station. Views were spectacular. Apartment was very tastefully decorated and the entire apartment including the kitchen was well equipped. Very neat and clean too.

The check out instructions vis a vis garbage disposal were very confusing for a visitor. I understand that Wengen being a green and eco friendly town has its own rules but handling multiple garbage disposal instructions when you are in a rush to catch your train can be challenging.

we like the wonderful balcony view to Lauterbrunnen valley, the chalet location is not so far from Wengen bahnhof and Coop. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized.

Perfect family vacation home - will definitely revisit - Host was exceptional!

My entire interaction about the property was with Julie Doyle and her communication was absolutely outstanding. She understood my requirements for the visit and had organized everything above and beyond our expectations. The property is extremely well maintained. It has all the equipment, utilities and furniture that one may require for a quite and enjoyable family vacation. It provided the feeling of a home that one may require when on vacation to relax and reconnect with nature. Location and view from the property was

Hard to think of anything that we didn't like as pretty much everything was easily available. Laundry facilities is one thing that was not available otherwise the property would have really topped the facilities available at the property, but one was 7 minutes walk away (CHF 5 per round - wash and drier). Just a note to share that if it is raining and there are extra luggage (as we had 7), getting taxi was not convenient. Dragging heavy luggage from Wengen Station to / forth was an effort. Inapplicable if travel lighter.

View, large and equipped kitchen with basic eitems available (salt, oil, vinegar, coffee), games available, nice bathrooms, good mattress

There is a 7 min walk uphill to reach everything. Some things were not super tidy (carpets) or functioning (lamps) but were fixed immediately.
