Superb Chalet

From start to finish, the communication from Wengen apartments was excellent and the app information a few days before travel was invaluable. The location of the chalet is superb with stunning views. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of living space for our family of 6 adults to enjoy. There is a huge range of cooking utensils and equipment which meant we were able to cook delicious meals - including a fondue - after busy days out in the mountains. Wengen itself is an excellent location for accessing the area and we would definitely stay here again. This was a special trip for a significant birthday and it was perfect.

Lovely place to live in Wengen. Location is exceptional

Booked this for 3 nights and 4 adults plus one child. Property is spacious with 2 full bathrooms. All amenities were great and balcony view was amazing. It next to the station so you can hear the train at night but that didnt bother us.

No instructions on how to start European style oven and cook top. Coming from outside Szerland this was a little time consuming to figure out.

Wonderful location, very comfortable beds

We stayed here on a multigenerational trip. Avoiding uphill walk with bags was a main concern when booking. This unit is so close to the train station and no elevation. There are some stairs to the unit but it was manageable. The view from the balcony is stunning (can see trains, lauterbrunnen, cable car) and we could see glacier from the upstair bedroom Picking up keys was easy. Washing machine worked great. Kitchen was functional to cook. Beds were super comfortable , bedrooms were dark. Loved hearing the church bells Wengen is beautiful and a great home base

Unit can definitely use some love. The bathrooms are small and shared and it was painful to not have any shelves, hooks to hang things, looked like some of them were broken. Many plates were chipped. kitchen drawers had lot of clutter. No coffee pods were provided . We were able to buy locally. Throwing trash in 3 different places was tedious

Chalet Primula Stay Review

We were thoroughly impressed with the stunning valley and mountain views right from our window and the patio area. The comprehensive and impressive set of amenities/facilities provided catered to all our needs. The property was a 4 bedroom apartment located on the third floor of Chalet Primula with other apartments in the Chalet either vacant or very quiet. The convenience of Chalet Primula's location, just about ~5-7 minute walk from the train station, Coop grocery store, and the main street, was a significant plus and it made exploring and getting supplies very easy. The detailed instructions provided by the property management for check-in, property facilities, guidebook, and check-out also contributed to a smooth experience, making our stay in this beautiful and scenic town of Wengen truly memorable!

The apartment's ceiling height appeared lower than what we anticipated from the photographs on our first impression of the property. Maneuvering heavy luggage up the four flights of stairs (one down and three up to the third floor) proved to be a bit challenging. Additionally, during warmer days, the apartment, possibly due to the sunroof areas in the kitchen and living space, didn't cool down as quickly as we would have liked. However, these are minor points - overall, I will highly recommend anyone considering to choose this property for a memorable experience in Wengen.
