location is very good with public transport (tramway) just outside.park for the car available. supermarket just outside too.appartment equipped with the minimum required

Nice, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped apartment near Dijon centre.

Nice and comfortable appartement. The apartment is very cosy and clean. Fully equipped, by the way. The location of the apartment is great, shops and public transport nearby. The city centre can easily be reached by tram. We decided to go for a walk which is about 15 to 20 minutes. Another plus is the private parking space at the premises.

I am sorry but I cannot recommend it

The appartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed

Getting into the flat was a nightmare. It's difficult to understand where the building is located. Once we knew, we couldn't get inside because no one answered the intercom outside the parking lot. We then had to call by phone and try to understand some complex instructions with our poor french because the guy didn't speak english at all. All in all, it took us one full hour since we arrived at the place to get into the apartment.

Soggiorno piacevole a Dijon

Appartamento ampio e spazioso. Vicinanza alla fermata del tram. Diversi negozi sotto casa (panetteria, rosticceria, supermercati,..). Possibilità di parcheggiare nel parcheggio chiuso. Buone indicazioni per ritirare le chiavi. Centro commerciale a 7 minuti di macchina.

Pentole non adatte a cucinare (antiaderenti da sostituire), per fortuna almeno c'era un pentolino utilizzabile per scaldare il latte. Una sedia aveva il sedile molto rovinato, lo abbiamo coperto. Pulizia non impeccabile

Goede locatie maar slechte schoonmaak

Gunstige locatie. Slechts een paar haltes met de tram naar het centrum en een supermarktje en bakker om de hoek. Busje hebben we geparkeerd op het afgesloten parkeerterrein.

Schoonmaak was erg slecht uitgevoerd. Etensresten op de grond, borden niet schoon. Koffieapparaat deed het niet. Handdoekje zag er niet fris uit vanwege uitgeslagen kleur.

Appartement sympa mais accès voiture compliqué

Sur le parcours du tram menant au centre ville, l’appartement spacieux, les équipements.

Le sommier du canapé lit est à remplacer,la récupération du pass pour faire rentrer la voiture dans le parking est compliqué, et surtout il faut penser au moment du départ, à garder le pass jusqu'au moment où on sort la voiture du parking sinon on est bloqué, il faut refaire les manœuvres pour retourner dans l’appart...

Apenas o colchão é bom para quem gosta de colchão duro. A máquina de lavar roupas parece ser nova, mas não usamos. Nas proximidades tem um supermercado, farmácia e padaria. Fica uns 2 km ou mais longe do centro da cidade. Não podemos informar sobre transporte público porque estávamos de carro.

A limpeza estava muito ruim. Poeira nos movéis , cabelo nos talheres, toalhas que não pareciam limpas. Para 3 pessoas e 3 dias apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico. A bucha de lavar prato não tivemos coragem de usar porque parecia suja para usar em utensílios de comida. A panela disponível não é possível cozinhar um simples macarrão. Tivemos que cozinhar no microondas. Se você estiver com malas pesadas, se prepara para a escada. Não são muitos andares, mas para quem tem dificultadade de locomoção pelo peso das malas, terá que enfrentar uns degraus até chegar o apartamento.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

Übernachtung war ohne Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Bäcker und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz vor der Tür ist auch optimal. Die Wohnung ist gut, mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr kompliziert und könnte mit einfachen Worten besser erklärt werden. Wenn man das Prinzip begriffen hat ist es einfach, aber man ist meistens nur einmal dort, Der Straßenlärm ist nachts sehr störend und zusätzlich befindet sich unter der Wohnung eine Bäckerei und wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat stören die Aggregate welche ab 5 Uhr laufen schon sehr.
