Great location, quiet apartment. Loved Dijon and it's historic buildings and squares.

Easy to get to from the station. Close to centre. All the facilities we needed for a short stay.

Perfect little apartment in D'jion

Clean, very comfy apartment. Spacious inside. Full kitchen. Really comfy bed and daughters said that sofa bed was comfy too. Walk in shower, washer/dryer which really cane in handy. Perfect location 5-10 min walk into centre of D'jion. Secure parking in garage, no extra cost. Free for pets. Fantastic communication from the owner with clear, concise instructions regarding gaining entry to the property and garage. Highy recommended stay.

Very near city centre of Dijon. Just a five/ ten minutes walk. Next to train station. There is a nice park just around the corner, named "Jardin Botanique de l'Arquebuse", ideal if you travel with a dog, like we did. The apartment is small, but it' s clean and has everything you need.

We had a problem with the shower, the drain of the shower was clogged.

Nice trip to Dijon with kids

It is in a good location. It is close to the city centre so you can go there on foot. There is a park with a playground just behind it so it is good for families with kids. The apartment is well equipped: you can find everything what you need even for a longer stay like washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The host is really responsive.

The garage is really small and just next to wall so you really need to be skilful to park a bigger car. Also it is advisable to park with the back of the car otherwise if your hatch is big, you won’t be able to close the garage door.

Near the train station and walking distance to the shopping street. Responsive owner. The house is a bit aging but acceptable with the price and location. Best value.

La propreté. Le propriétaire très indiscret sur mes raisons de venir au lieu. Puis lorsque que je le contact car le logement est très sale, le propriétaire ne répond plus. Inadmissible et sale.

Hyper sale : vaisselle et casserole sale/mal nettoyée, poussière partout, papier et détritus derrière et sous le lit etc. Faut vraiment pas être regardant mais même moi qui ne le suit pas ça m’a dégoûtée La douche fuit dans tous les sens alors qu’il suffirait juste de racheter un tuyau de douche (ça coûte pas grand chose….)

L'emplacement est le seul atout de ce logement dont les photos en ligne doivent dater de sa mise en fonction il y a bien longtemps... 😱

La saleté du logement de manière générale, le frigo sans étagère avec de la viande laissée au congélateur, le manque de vaisselle 3 verres pour 4 la douche à changer dont la porte ne ferme pas sans bonde et colmatée au mastic, le garage inaccessible car porte de biais et véhicule stationné devant le garage contiguë, le balcon inexistant plutôt une cage... Quant à la télévision, elle est fixée et la regarder donne un torticolis à coup sûr 😞 la tête du lit double est plus que défraîchie : elle s'effrite au contact de l'oreiller...

Apartamento próximo a gare, fácil comunicação com o proprietário, muito silêncio no prédio e na rua.

O apartamento precisa de uma reforma urgente principalmente no banheiro que está entupido, assim como a pia da cozinha. O proprietário se dispôs a ir resolver o problema, mas com nossos pertences dentro do apartamento, inviável.Cama, lençóis precisam ser trocados. A limpeza do apartamento não estava 100% quando chegamos, tivemos que limpar.

Appartamento scomodo e un po' squallido, lo sconsiglio fortemente.

La cucina sembra ben attrezzata, anche se non l'abbiamo usata.

L’appartamento è adatto per sole due persone. La stanza con il water, che non ha né finestre né aspiratore, accede direttamente al soggiorno. Il divano-letto, scomodo, era sporco e macchiato. Le lenzuola di entrambi i letti, benché lavate, (sia il divano-letto sia il letto matrimoniale) erano macchiate e bucate. La doccia è una cabina rialzata, che traballa molto mentre la si usa, e le porte non si chiudono. Questo mi ha impedito di fare la doccia. Il box ha un accesso obliquo, che non consente alle auto grandi di entrare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione non segnalati, le cui impalcature erano direttamente davanti alle finestre dell’appartamento. Abbiamo prenotato per quattro persone, ma è chiaro che l'appartamento è inteso per due. Con il divano-letto aperto, infatti, non ci si muove (non si riesce neanche ad aprire il tavolo).
