Great locations but lacking in comfort.

Location was great. Easy to walk to the main part of Dijon and the amazing markets. The place was clean. The washing machine was also a dryer.

The shower head no longer had anything to hook on to so you had to hand hold it, plus the shower cubicle was tiny. The lounge wasn’t comfortable, felt the metal through the cushions. The pillows were terrible…way too soft. Entry the first time is very complex.

Worth the hassle of getting in. Situated perfect for town.

Very close to city centre.

When you have driven several hours to get here, and you try to follow instructions by the letter, because you don't know any difference...the building is a different colour to picture, the house number is made up from several individual sections, so watch the number on the wall. A french voice speaks before you can get in, the sensor on the internal door does not work, so it's extra sensitive and thus so much time is lost trying to figure all this out. I would not like to had arrived in the dark and learn buttons to get in. The garage entrance, is not obvious where this is. The internal door handle is broken and we had to use the key to pull and manoeuvre the door closed. The shower needs attention, though lovely hot water.

Not worth it.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen well-equipped. There was a washing machine, rack for drying clothes, iron and iron board. The double bed small, but comfortable. Big wardrobe in the bedroom.

The apartment is small and cramped. There's barely enough space for three people, let alone four! The toilet is in one part of the apartment, the bathroom in the other. Wouldn't be so bad, but for the fact that there is no sink in the toilet and you have to cross the apartment to wash your hands.There is no toilet paper holder either. There is no shelf inside the shower cabin and the cabin itself is so high you have to practically hop down to get out. Small things? It gets worse. There are no curtains in the sitting room and it's a sleeping place, too! And the bathroom also has a tall window and there's no curtain either. The glass is not matted. Neither is the glass of the shower cabin, which is opposite the window. The windows overlook something like a park and there are not many people there, but if someone stands there and the lights in the bathroom are on, you are perfectly visible. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The day before we left we received a message from our host. Among other things ( storing the keys, etc), he asked us to wash and put away the dishes before we leave. I did, as a matter of courtesy. But the fact is, the fee for the final cleaning is included in the price and I really don't understand why I should do the cleaning and pay for it to the host. All in all, there was the feeling of economising on small things like a toilet paper holder while simultaneously trying to squeeze the guests for more money then the apartment is worth.

Convenient but complicated

Nice apartment in a large residential block, very conveniently situated for both a local grocery store and a really nice bar/ restaurant, Les Docks De Bourgogne. Secure garage. Easy stroll to the town centre attactions.

As others have mentioned, getting into the apartment (especially the first time) is a real faff. I would normally expect to be unloaded and into the room in 5-10 minutes; this took 30-40. The block door needs a fob, the outer apartment door a key code and the inner door a key. To be fair full written and illustrated instructions were given by the owner, but we stiil ended up relying on another resident to let us in the outer door the first time. Minor points were that the oven had no shelves/racks and there was no way to attach the shower head to the wall

The appartment was super clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stop. Also really appreciated the parking garage and excellent communication by the host

The keypad lock took a few tries to get in....although we did get a bit faster at this each time, it was frustrating the first time round!!!

Great apartment which is within walking distance of the centre of Dijon and situated next to a lovely park. Very well equipped and the host was fabulous at keeping us informed about accessing the apartment.

We were a family of four which included two teenagers. The only downside for us was that space was a little tight but still Okay for two nights.

It was not easy to collect the key! There is certain procedure to collect it and I found it not very intuitive and easy.

Molta sporcizia ed elementi di precedenti soggiorni ancora in loco (calzino sporco e busta gelo dietro la lavatrice insieme alla polvere). Scarico doccia otturato. Moscerini morti un po’ dappertutto. Biancheria da letto macchiata e divano-letto chiuso da rifare con la biancheria infilata dentro in una zona con capelli ed altro… Schizzi di caffè sul paraschizzi. Istruzioni per l’accesso chilometriche e solo in francese. Altre problematiche… Nonostante le mie segnalazioni a tutti i soggetti coinvolti, nessuno ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema della pulizia o per rimborsarmi.

DRAMAT, SYF i BRUD !!! NIGDY WIĘCEJ !!!

Brud brud i jeszcze raz brud. Zdjęcia nie oddają BRUDU jaki tam zastaliśmy ! Niesamowity smród wchodząc do przedsionka przed drzwiami wejściowymi ! Mieszkanie ze względu na Brud nie do przyjęcia. To co sfotografowałem w sypialni pod łóżkiem to jakiś koszmar!!! Czyściej było na ulicy przed blokiem. Łóżko, w którym spały moje dzieci poplamione i zdewastowane. Wszędzie mnóstwo kurzu. W łazience za pralką brud. Kuchnia klejącą i brudna przetarta jakąś brudnś szmatą. O czystości szyb nie będę się wypowiadał - dramat!. To był jeden wieczór ponieważ wracaliśmy z Barcelony. Boję się pomyśleć gdybym miał tam zostać na dłużej z rodziną. NIGDY WIĘCEJ NAS TAM NIE ZOBACZĄ to mieszkanie to jakaś kpina !!!

Informations pour trouver les clefs et le parking très claires. Emplacement de l'appartement idéal, proche gare, commerces, centre ville. Vue sur le parc très sympa. Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé.

la literie commence à fatiguer. les oreillers sont à changer. une couverture est à rajouter pour les frileux (notre cas) dommage que le ménage ne soit fait qu'en surface.
