A great apartment with a very attentive host.

Raphäel was excellent. I needed to contact him a few times about minor issues and every time he responded really quickly. The duplex is a good size with 2 good bedrooms with comfortable beds and usb sockets provided. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is excellent. There were plenty of toilet rolls and coffee pods and some dishwasher tablets. The duplex is in an excellent location about 15 minutes walk into Dijon and the station.

The stairs are quite steep and narrow and the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms took a bit of getting used to.

Comfortable stay

It was really spacious for a family with an upper floor and 2 bathrooms. It was clean, had everything for a short stay. We could park on the street at night, only to pay daytime but we left in the morning. Comfortable stay, good location and we had a good sleep.

It was a bit stressful in the beginning to get the codes to the property. The property needed a suprising 400 Euros deposit which was a bit worrying. I didn't trust first and called Booking but they assured us it is not a scam and promised to pay back if anything goes wrong. I could use my credit card which has an allowance. It is understandable though they protect themselves as some wild guests can cause damage but we stressed a bit waiting in front of the property in the evening.

La casa era caldissima di giorno, dentro era molto ridotta male e mi hanno fatto versare 400 euro di cauzione per una casa che cade a pezzi con i sanitarii rovinati e il lavandino incrostato.

Todo perfecto! Super limpio, bonito, comodo y la ubicación ideal.

El telefono del propietario del alojamiento no funciona. Y dificulta la comunicación con este. La cocina no tiene cuchillos para cocinar. El deposito no te lo retienen, te lo sacan directamente.

Dijon: una bella sorpresa!

Posizione buona e tranquilla, il centro si raggiunge in 10-15 minuti a piedi. Casa molto carina, luminosa e non calda. Molto pulita. Abbiamo chiesto un paio di utensili in più per cucinare e ce li hanno portati subito. La consiglierei.

La scala per il piano superiore è molto ripida, bisogna segnalarlo nell'annuncio perché non è accessibile a tutti. Al piano terra non ci sono armadi per riporre i vestiti, ma per un soggiorno di pochi giorni ci si può adattare facilmente. Sarebbe utile lasciare sempre il detersivo della lavastoviglie.

La localisation proche de la gare

Nous avons appris lors de notre arrivée dans l’appartement qu’une des deux salles de bain était inutilisable, ce qui pour 4 personnes dont un enfant en bas âge n’est pas du tout pratique (c’est la raison pour laquelle nous avions loué en premier lieu). Malgré plusieurs relances depuis la fin de mon séjour le 9 juin 2025, je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse concernant ma demande de compensation (j’ai payé 230€ pour 2 nuits avec une salle de bain en moins). Si vous souhaitez louer à Dijon, passez votre chemin. À noter que c’est une agence qui gère le logement. Aussi, l’escalier de l’appartement était mal fixée (dangereux pour un enfant de 4ans) mais l’agence n’était pas inquiète visiblement.

L équipement est tout inclus pour pouvoir être confortable pendant le séjour

Une pièce d eau en maintenance, une poignée défectueuse, des endroits vraiment très sale, photos et vidéos avec date d’arrivée. Tout ça pour une caution de 400€ qui n’a toujours pas été rendu…
