lovely apartment , great location

Third time visiting and still great!

Third time in the Belle Adresse apartments and this time a new apartment too. We literally do a quick overnight trip when travelling but it works well for us - the paid covered car park is within 5 minutes and costs about €5 for a Sat night stay, there are good restaurants and bakeries on the street so we didn’t have to self cater and the property was as clean and comfortable we remembered. Dijon is a lovely spot and I can’t fault these apartments at all.

The key pickup details are only available on the day, plus liable to change as ours did quite late. In the days of scams, this can be off putting. As we know the place existed because we’d been before, it wasn’t very worrying but might be a concern for a new visitor.

Quirky apartment in a central part of town allowing you to experience all things ‘Dijon’

This was a quirky flat in a fantastic location with a lovely host and good value for money. Loved sitting next to the window watching the snow fall, a lovely view in the heart of town.

We had to take our bags up three flights of stairs which was doable but not easy. The property could really do with an update but the price allowed for this.

Quirky and cute apartment with a great location above a wine shop.

Location was excellent. Fun little apartment with all the necessities.

Both beds were twin beds pushed to make king. Came apart in middle of night.

The accommodation was a beautiful and cozy place that gave a warm and welcoming feeling. The facilities were perfect, and everything was clean.

The only downside was that I could stay for only one night.

Lovely Dijon apartment

Modern style, 4th floor apartment with private terrace in an historical building. Located on a bustling street, a short walk from train station and main areas of attraction including the canal area and cite gastronomique. Loved the idea of these 4 'Dijon themed' apartments- moutarde, pain d'epices, cassis and chambertin wine. This quiet, attic apartment was bright and airy with views over the town. Original beams and wine barrel feature. Great to have air-con and a washer/dryer - the apartment was well equipped with electrical appliances. Good communication from Gregory. Would use La Belle Adresse again and would recommend it as a base in Dijon. *Some lovely bars, restaurants, shops in the street and square. Mustard making workshop is available just across the street, too.

Some aspects of the apartment were looking a bit tired and in need of a refresh - some paintwork needing touched up, bedroom blind needing replaced.

The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located and excellent value. A great deal of love has been put into the supporting services, with easy digital links to access, for example, WiFi and local services, and the added benefit of being associated with an excellent wine shop. It was just a great experience.

Great place for a short stay!

Location is great. Short walk to loads of things. The staff are amazing and very responsive.

The floorboards are quite old, creaky and one or two nails stuck out but were quickly repaired when brought to the attention of the staff.

steep narrow stairs to get to 3d floor, not a problem for us but even carrying a suitcase is very uncomfortable. very small kitchen with limited cooking utensils (for example, just one pot cover for all your pots and pans)

The breakfast is not the cheapest, so I was expecting some hot drinks included. It would be nice to leave a couple of tea bags for that price. Maybe a form could help where the guests could mention the preference for the drinks. The rest of the breakfast was plenty and delicious

Perfect location in city centre. Beautiful decor. Comfortable bed with soft sheets.

Very little water pressure to shower. Stairs were not a problem for us but be mindful that it’s a 3rd floor climb.

I am not satisfied at all

Location. The size of the apartments

I was informed that no one is not gonna meet me after I booked apartment. There was no chance to unload my staff from the car because I basically was not even aloud to stop there. The temperature in the apartment was the same as outside (17,5º)

Great location and nice terrace if you don’t mind the staircase climb

Good location. Short walk from train station, manageable even with luggage. Close to a really happening Square with good restaurants. Also a short walk away from other key sights of the city. Room is clean and comfortable. Complete set of facilities, large shower. It sadly rained for most of our trip but we did have one sunny day to enjoy our beautiful terrace. It’s amazing to sit and stare up at the clouds passing by. The rest of the apartment is also spacious and tastefully furnished. We were received by our host when we checked in and he was very friendly and helpful even with restaurant bookings.

Sadly there is no elevator from the ground floor to the apartment hence will have to climb up and down the flights of stairs. But if you are fit and don’t mind the climb with your luggage, the terrace is worth it :) Some small nice-to-haves in the bathroom would be to have a ledge to place toiletries at the shower area - we had to place ours on the floor.
