perfect - lovely spot

I loved the location as this was in an old walled garden, presumably originnally for coach and horses. Quote tight for my vehicle but it was quite large, however the hosts were more than happy to assist my reversing to parking position. I would love to see the garden in summer - so sure we will be back. The location is perfect - 20m to the nearest Michelin star restuarant and the same to a lovely local bisto for breakfast.

We did not really spend a lot of time in the apartment, so hard to comment in depth. However, the accomodation including a well appointed kitchen would have been perfect for a meal or two.

So bad. I like photos but I didn’t take any because I was so frustrated 😩

Parking so bad! Very narrow with metal pavement at both sides right and left. If you are willing to damage your car just book!! There is very cheap parking 🅿️ around I regret my choice. The bathroom 🚽!! Downtown stair at open area. In winter 🥶 no recommended at all. Once you go to the bathroom you won’t sleep again! The room ceiling is low. If you are tall be ready to have crash head and chin

Great location.

Location and off street parking is a dream. Magical charm of an old building and property.

Finding it not so easy, especially if you’re a solo driver and don’t speak French. Team continued communicating via Booking.com after explaining I was driving and couldn’t message them until I stopped. Room was full of all the unwanted damaged furniture. Light fitting falling off the wall. Dangerous to get in and out of the room, especially if you’re an older person. Shared downstairs/outside bathroom was full of mould and desperately requires an update to make it guest friendly.

Fantastic location make the stay worth it!

Location and parking were fantastic. It felt safe as a sol female traveler. Lovely old property, if you’re in one of the lower rooms it would be a different experience.

Staff communication was odd. I was driving and expected to check emails and communicate my arrival times. Bathrooms were down on the ground floor (outside) and the door covered in mould. Make sure to read the room description to ensure you understand which room you’re paying for. Very friendly owner though!

Superb apartment, really central location.

A really great apartment - full of character, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Really good location - perfect for exploring Dijon. Parking inside courtyard a bonus. Really helpful host / everything from helping us get car in to recommendations for eating out and even good walks with our dog. It made our stay really relaxing. We will certainly return!

Perfect for my needs to find a restful night on route to Italy. Would love to visit again.

Great communication before arrival. Anna met me outside the gate of this beautiful property in the old town or Dijon and helped me with clear parking instructions to make it easier to get through the gate from a narrow road. The room is in a 17th century tower and I can't remember when I last slept as well as in this little charming room. My dog loved it too.

Can't say that there was anything I didn't like. However, it may be useful for people to know that due to the old building some steep steps to reach the room could be difficult to manage for some. Having my own bathroom was great and I didn't mind that it was not on suite.

An exceptionally charming experience in a room off the tower of a 15thC (I think) building. Very comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. Very helpful host. Amazing location for exploring the centre of Dijon. I would definitely visit again.

Claim to have private parking available. The doorway is too narrow for most modern cars. Was told to park in the public car park down the road. That’s not why I booked a hotel with private parking. The owner had a terrible attitude. Requested a refund and none given. Left without refund to find a more suitable hotel. Total rip off.

A place to remember

If you have any love for history, this is the perfect place for you. It's is beautiful, you have access to a landscaped garden and a room with original wood beams and a bed I found really comfortable. There is a reading nook which I will dream about for years. I recommend this for solo travellers who want something unique.

It isn't accessable to most as you have to go up stairs from the 1600's with odd platforms and some high steps, but their is a good railing and not narrow steps. There is no AC, however, beautiful windows you can open and thick stone walls which keep the cold out.

Lovelt old building and perfect location

It was a fabulously ancient building and I loved that but the bathroom and toilet weren’t in the room they were downstairs, difficult for the loo but the location was amazing!! The car stayed there and I walked everywhere and saw everything on foot, perfect

Fantastic location in a his

Parking is inside the court yard of a historic property, completely safe. The place is at the entry of the wonderful historic centre of Dijon. So easy to roam and get back to your room. There is a historic garden inside the court, everything like in the very old times.

We had a wonderful stay and we appreciated the chats with the host and owner Anne.

Spacious and classic apartment with high ceilings, great details with all facilities on a courtyard in the heart of the old town with free parking facility.

Some elements are outdated or disfunctional (oven) and the interior could be decorated more in style, such as chandeliers instead of Ikea paper lamps. This would add to the charm of the apartment.

Absolutely wonderful place, excellent to relax after a long day's travel or exploring the area.

An brilliantly quirky and huge apartment in the centre of Dijon. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable with armchairs in each bedroom, a comfortable sofa in the main room and a huge dining table. The place was warm and clean, great prints on the walls, a great mix of bohemian decor and homely comfort with modern facilities. We loved the location so near the centre shops, restaurants and galleries - and so quiet too. Parking in the courtyard was secure and it was lovely to be able to leave the car there while we explored the area on foot. Great communication with Anna. We hope to stay again next time we are in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Rang the bell and the host met us with the keys and explained all the codes etc. She then very kindly sent us list of good restaurants for dinner. The property is right in the heart of Dijon near the old town so easy to walk to bars and restaurants. We were only there for one night so I can't say how near it is to other attractions as we didn't explore much. THere is private parking in a secure courtyard. It is a bit of a squeeze to get in but fine.

Great location and the apartment was huge with very well appointed furniture and fittings in the old French style. Washing machine, ironing board etc also provided.Parking was totally safe in a private courtyard with a secure door. We were met by the host who had kindly put fresh milk, orange juice and water in the fridge
