Decent location. Difficult to access.

Previous communication stated key pickup was very close to apartment. It was not. Mattresses were almost on the floor.

An OK appartment, walking distance from the center, but no emergency plan.

Walking distance from the center.

No emergency instructions. In case of fire in the building, there was hardly a way out to escape and that for an appartment on the 7th floor.

Location & electric blinds

- dirt: bathrooms needs a proper cleaning (dirt in the edges, shower, toilet, windows), bed shits, balcony (we could not sit there without a shoes, there were cigarettes on the floor, very uncomfortable chairs) - Wi-Fi - we could connect but it was not working! - the cleaning service does not even empty the bin, you as a guests are ask to do it at the end of your stay

The apartment is equipped with all essentials, cooking for 4 people is also possible. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view over Dijon is insane.

Unfortunately, at the bottom of the house it is not clear which is the bell for the apartment and with only one key for 4 people you have to get creative.

C’était globalement bien, mais quelques réparations pourraient être faites (douche qui coule) et de la vaisselle supplémentaire pourrait être ajoutée.

Apartamento agradable cerca del centro de Dijon

Era un apartamento amoblado y muy cómodo

El único punto negativo es la recogida de las llaves. Tres dias antes de tu llegada te informan quede debes recoger las llaves en un lugar que queda a 20 minutos del apartamento. Aunque no es una distancia larga, considerando que llegas a la ciudad con maletas no es muy cómodo. Funciona igual para regresar las llaves cuando ya sales.

La vistas a la ciudad , es tranquilo, fácil de aparcar y el restaurante indú de la esquina.

La ducha se inundaba, tener que ir a recoger las llaves al centro de la ciudad donde no encuetras facilmente donde aparcar. Y la cama doble muy pequeña.

La proximité du centre et la vue l’appartement est au calme

L’appart n’est pas assez spacieux la table à manger est serrée derrière le canapé et si on l’écarte un peu on n’accède plus au couloir … je trouve qu’il manque des ustensiles de base : ciseaux de cuisine - les maniques sont difficilement utilisables (je me suis brûlée …)

la posizione è molto comoda per arrivare a piedi in centro e ai supermercati; la cucina è ben attrezzata e ho apprezzato la possibilità di avere il lettino da campeggio direttamente in struttura.

fare l'ultimo piano di scale senza ascensore con il passeggino è stato complesso. Quello che non ho proprio sopportato è stata la polvere nell'alloggio, in particolare nelle camere da letto. Ho dovuto pulire il pavimento prima di andare a dormire per non avere allergia di notte.

Appartement bien conçu, bel espace, bonne literie, chambres spacieuses, ascenseur. A 10 minutes à pied de l’animation du centre historique. Proche supérette bien pratique.

Nos motos ont été souillées par un suc très collant qui tombe des arbres sous lesquels on stationne. A savoir.

Hele goede accommodatie, prima locatie en heel schoon. Enige wat jammer was dat het balkon vies en slecht onderhouden was. Het was prachtig weer maar we konden geen gebruik maken van het balkon.

1 piso por escalera y tuvimos q retirar las llaves en otra ubicacion a 15 cuadras aproximadamente.

Schöne Stadt. Gute Lage.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war katastrophal. Die Mail, wo der Schlüssel abzuholen war, war nur in französisch. Parkplätze gab es dort so gut wie keine. Unser Schlüssel war in einem falschen Safe und nur durch den Zufall, dass ein anderer Gast in seinem Safe unseren Schlüssel vorfand, gelangten wir zu unserem Schlüssel. Die tel. Kommunikation war nicht gut, da der Vermieter mur sehr schlecht Englisch sprach. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist auch okay. Der Balkon war schmutzig mit Zigarettenstummeln.
