Great stay. I will book it again

Great location close to the city and the train station. Checking in and out was very easy and clear. The place is clean and modern. The host is very accommodating and quick in replying.

Nothing really. Just bring your own shampoo and shower cream as the provision is not much.

Very helpful and kind staff (Gregoire ) he stayed late for us so he can make sure we can manage the parking without any measure problem. The parking and the living accommodation are very secure and extremely clean. The place is modernized nice and warm for January night

We liked everything one piece of advice;please ask Gregoire to make sure your can go through the narrow entrance. Once you are through the entrance the rest is straight forward. Our car is 2m wide and we had no problem.

Exceptional location and a clean, modern apartment with excellent facilities. Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. Air conditioning worked effectively to create a refuge in a heatwave!

The bar stools where so high, you could use them to sit and eat as your legs can't fit under the worktop, so we ate sat on the floor!

Nice apartment staying Dijon!

The apartment is modern and clean, exactly same as photos. Kitchen has basic things including salt, pepper, oil, etc. Shower room is quite spacious with a good seal door. Good location, quiet area

It was pity having a complete kitchen the dinning table is just for 2 persons because of space, Supermarket is a bit far.

Dijon a lovely city, most of the museums are free.

The location of the apartment is excellent & very close to the centre of the delightful old town of Dijon. It's spacious and very comfortable although being a loft apartment it could be uncomfortable for very tall people. All queries were answered in a timely manner. Netflix was a bonus. Parking is available on site if you have a small car for a fee, otherwise uncover paid parking is 5 mins walk away.

The three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, wouldn't suit the unfit!

I enjoyed my time there, and would happily stay at Villa14 again.

It’s a good location, close to the railway station and the city centre. It’s well designed with good facilities.

My only complaint is that the shower box is a bit small.

Gret appartement

The appartement was different as the picture but the same quality. Loved the space and the bathroom was quit large. Easy checking in and out.

There was not really something I disliked. The price could have been a little bit lower though. I have been to the same kind of appartement in different city's where the price was lower.

Superb

Cozy apartment recently renovated and clean. Great location with Cathedral St. Benign view from our roof window. No elevator to the third floor, but we managed. Thank you Grégoire, always available and helpful!

Everything was perfect, I would just add some shower products (shampoo and soap) and couple hooks where hanging towels.

We were assigned apartment #9, a nice renovated accommodation suitable for two people.

Despite being located on the third floor without an elevator, the host graciously offered to help with luggage.

Very conveninent location, Only a few 100 meters walking to the centre. A quite small room plus fairly large bathroom. Located on 3rd floor, which was ok for us, but not suitable for handicapped guests. Sleeping sofa. Perfectly fine for a short visit of the town (2 days in our case).

All fine for a short stay. Car parking is difficult, unless you have a small (by today standards) car only. Some coat hooks would have been nice, as well as small boards and/or dressers to store some stuff needed when travelling. And some reading lights next to the sleep-sofa.

Easy to find. Excellent location (10 mins from station, 5 mins from city center),spacious, clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Heating was adequate. Friendly host. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa14.

Our stay at Villa14 was wonderful! Gregoire was a great host! Villa14 has a perfect location that is very close (only 300 meters) to the centre ville, all the tourist sites, and the train station. I would happily stay there again. I highly recommend Villa14. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Super clean apartment, 5 mins walk from the centre, full equipment for a short stay (but minimal supply, for example just 2 toilet paper). Super quiet and amazing king mattress. The best sleep for a long time during trips.

If I have to say something, the AC heating is limited to 23 degrees (which could sound like a lot, but it's nothing compared with the size of the apartment), when is cold and humid, it's not enough.

the apartment was close enough to the centre The staff was very kind and friendly.

There was not enough storage space for clothes. We really didn’t like the shower with no door (Wet room) water goes everywhere unless you are very careful and floor gets wet around the toilet which was disgusting. There is enough room to put the door. if there was a glass door to divide from the toilet, my score would have been higher 😅

Could not be better..

The place was simple great. Pretty appartment very well built in and old building. No noise from outside or inside. Great bed also. Well done with electric run screens in both the windows, lots of room.

The only thing that will be a problem for some people is the fact that for app 9-11 you have to walk 3 (old, original) stairs.

Excellent location a few minutes away from both the railway station and the very centre of the old city. Quiet and comfortable. Easy to get keys from the locked box without waiting for someone to meet us. A friendly and welcoming host. We've asked for an earlier check-in so that we don't need to leave our baggage at the station and it was arranged. The apartment is well-equipped, no problems at all.
