The staff were incredible and very attentive. The food was freshly made every day with a variety of options which were all culturally authentic and had amazing taste. There was a little incline but the suitcases were carried for us by staff who were really helpful. The view from the rooms were jaw dropping! Ella rock was right in front of us and we could see the sunrise in the morning which reflected on the rock and made for incredible videos and photos. It was quiet, peaceful and tranquil. A gorgeous area for hiking too. We walked down to the village one morning which was lovely, very easy to get a tuktuk or driver also.
I can't think of anything. I would highly recommend this place to stay - we have been to several 5* resorts in Sri Lanka and this one was our favourite.
