Edinburgh is a fabulous city.

close to a bus stop. quite central to town. local amenities close by. the bed was comfortable.

when we arrived the freezer door had been left open. we couldn’t close the freezer door due to the build up of ice. we had to defrost the fridge/freezer before we could put our shopping in the fridge and freezer. A few lightbulbs weren’t working. the bulb in the extractor fan, a bulb in the living room light and the lamp in the living room didn’t work. the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. the wardrobe/storage cupboard was jam packed full with a ‘put up bed’ as a result there was no where to hang clothes. the front of the property has no Kirby appeal at all.

said it was 2 bed but was 1 bed. somewhat over priced for what it was.

Don't waste your time and money on this smelly scam!

Absolute con! The whole place smellt like a toilet. No insulation/sound-proofing. Bedroom looked diseased (I genuinely think that there could be a pest problem there). Flat looked incredibly easy to break into. Location was also rubbish. Left as soon as I saw the place and asked for a refund immediately. Property owner refused to respond to emails and in-app messages from both myself and booking.com. He then refused to issue a refund in response to my original review of the property. Have already raised a Visa dispute and will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman, the local council and the police in due course. Will be taking legal action if this is not resolved!

Passable

Easy access to public transport. Close to city centre and shops like aldi and Lidl. Come with free Netflix on your stay. WiFi is good. Lucas was helpful when we can not find the apartment.

Linens, duvet and pillow cases seemed not changed and clean. Not ideal for 6 person. The bunk bed has some mark, stained and dirty. We have to make the bed on our own. It is difficult to access as the stairs was attached to the wall where the head board of the bottom bed was attached (pls refer to the picture). Will definitely step on someone’s face sleeping on the bed below. It would have been better if they move the bed below near the window and put a proper stair to access the bunk bed. You have to move your car and find somewhere else to park at 7 am. Bathroom needs a vent as it become too misty.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum- 30 minut pieszo pod zamek w Edynburgu, w okolicy są też sklepy spożywcze i przystanek autobusowy. Telewizor z aplikacjami streamingowymi też na plus. Była herbata, cukier, woda, chipsy i papier toaletowy.

Jedyne działające ogrzewanie znajduje się w salonie, dlatego można w pełni nagrzać tylko jedno pomieszczenie. Ze względu na to pościel i ręczniki były wilgotne cały czas. Musiałam kupić zestaw świeżej pościeli, bo ta w obiekcie była wilgotna. Łóżko zapadało się do środka i nie było wygodne. Zestaw ręczników w sofie był zatęchły. Toaleta miała urwaną deskę przez co niekomfortowo się z niej korzystało. Nie było zestawu kosmetyków, było tylko mydło, mydło w dozowniku przy umywalce oraz mydło w dozowniku pod prysznicem. Nie było szamponu. Mimo świetnej lokalizacji za tę cenę spodziewałam się czegoś więcej. Obiekt na pewno nie ma piecu gwiazdek jak do dumnie zapowiada ogłoszenie.
