The property was central to split and very clean. Slobodan was a great host and very friendly. He took us on a midnight tour of split the night we arrived. This was a great touch and myself and my girlfriend appreciated it a lot. We arrived very late on Sunday night/ Monday morning, so slobodan allowed us to stay the following Sunday for entire day instead of checking out at 11am. Another great touch, that we both appreciated. Great host!!
The only problem we had was the pillows in the bed. They were quite thin and a little uncomfortable.

Saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft. Sehr gut Lage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat trotz recht später Ankunft uns noch ein Geschäft für die ersten Einkäufe gezeigt - top!

Great apartment, felt really spacious, and had literally everything you needed, plenty of towels and kitchen equipment and the air con was efficient and very much appreciated in 34 degrees.. hot tub was a nice extra. 10 mins walk to old town and close enough to walk to beaches ferry port etc.Two supermarkets within a couple mins. Host was very friendly and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend.
Location was very nice with friendly neighbours, but be aware a lot of drunks congregate every night on the benches next to the apartment (seems to be a thing in Split, you see a lot of them about!) . They're not aggressive but could be quite noisy sometimes (you won't hear them inside though). Gate could be blocked off better for more privacy in hot tub and garden. Umbrella was broken but managed to make it work for shade over the hot tub.

Property location is excellent, around a 10 minute walk to the town centre but plenty of shops nearby for what you need. The apartment is nice and the host was excellent providing us all the information we would need. Even with the heat the hot tub was a lovely way to chill out in the evening
