The apartment was excellent.
The receptionists were as helpful as they could be, excellent.
On occasion this was limited due to not owning the actual apartment
Unavoidable hold up so arrived 30mins late after 8.00pm. Advised there was a charge. Not expecting to be late so couldn't be helped.
Couldn't find reception. Couldn't find the key box. Couldn't load the youtube video.
Provide a hard copy of it's location.
Communication to extend stay not straightforward. Due to not owning the apartment contacting the owner was difficult.
Fortunately the receptionist was able to help.

I liked the location and facilities. The apartment had some interesting features.
The heating stopped working on the second day. We were given a spare heater but it wasn’t enough so the four of us ended sleeping in one room to keep warm. The staff tried to arrange a gas engineer but he didn’t come. They offered to change our apartment but we would need to pay for this and arrange with the owner to reimburse us but the owner was unreachable.
