Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus too, great location
The projector in the bedroom was a great idea but the reality was that the picture is distorted because of the angle

The single bed mattress was terrible !! Woke up aching all over Please .please upgrade these to better quality base and mattress of medium to firm comfort . I would have given you a 10 but for the mattress. Needed instructions for washing machine, gas heater and windows. We had to Google the heater to find out there was a kill switch hidden under the top of the heater. Tall windows in main bedroom very hard to open/close as high up

I liked the location and facilities. The apartment had some interesting features.
The heating stopped working on the second day. We were given a spare heater but it wasn’t enough so the four of us ended sleeping in one room to keep warm. The staff tried to arrange a gas engineer but he didn’t come. They offered to change our apartment but we would need to pay for this and arrange with the owner to reimburse us but the owner was unreachable.
