The property itself with high ceilings and excellent fittings is just a pleasure to be in.
Minor items but would be best addressed. Bedroom windows could not be easily opened or closed. Dishwasher racks are broken and have to be handled with care to have it function.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus too, great location
The projector in the bedroom was a great idea but the reality was that the picture is distorted because of the angle

I liked the location and facilities. The apartment had some interesting features.
The heating stopped working on the second day. We were given a spare heater but it wasn’t enough so the four of us ended sleeping in one room to keep warm. The staff tried to arrange a gas engineer but he didn’t come. They offered to change our apartment but we would need to pay for this and arrange with the owner to reimburse us but the owner was unreachable.
