Glendower Guest Apartments

Charming property with a lovely welcome from Jane. All facilities you need with nice fresh bed and towels. Easy parking out the front. I felt very safe.

Nothing - all wonderful

Great location - town on the doorstep and east of you’re visiting the Mid Norfolk Railway. Air conditioning was much needed and we were grateful for it. Beds were comfy and hosts very friendly and helpful. Great that there was a washing machine and dryer to use. Garden was spectacular. Lovely big tv and sofa nice and comfy.

Shower was a bit temperamental and ran cold each time I used it. Grout in shower needed a proper scrub & bleach. Paintwork was very tired needed a refresh.

Very close to Railway

We were not greeted by the hosts and had to call them after a lengthy wait in the car on a hot day to eventually get into the apartment. The room didn’t have any welcome booklet and as such we didn’t know the password to the WiFi for the whole stay. There were several issues with the apartment, including a dirty bathroom floor, uncomfortable beds, lack of ventilation and cooling, incredibly creaky stairs that woke up our toddler, ants everywhere from the outdoor climbing plant, outdated kitchen and old pots and pans. The price point was way too high also for an apartment that had no living room or dining room, and as such we couldn’t socialise with family due to lack of space.
