We arrived by tandem and Emma was waiting on the pavement to greet us. She kindly let us put the tandem in her office overnight, where it was safe and sound.

Did not feel inclined to eat. The tea-making facilities were fine.
The nearby road is noisy. A car alarm at a house to the rear went off several times during the night. Room number 9, has a large corner bath arrangement rather rammed into a very small bathroom area. The high sides of the bath make it quite a step to get in to use as a shower. No hand hold for assistance. It was fine and the room was clean but I find some the reviews enthusiasm a bit of a stretch.
