Everything was perfect, We attended a wedding and this was perfectly situated for us, church and reception were a short walk for us, as were the town centre and its pubs and restaurants. Emma made us feel very welcome and the room was lovely, liked how we could use the kitchen for teas and coffee whenever we wanted to, and we could have toast or cereals in the morning, we didn’t as we already had our eyes on a cafe 2 minutes walk away

Warm and inviting reception from Emma on arrival, very clean and comfortable.
Bathroom door needs a drop of oil, very squeaky 😉

Did not feel inclined to eat. The tea-making facilities were fine.
The nearby road is noisy. A car alarm at a house to the rear went off several times during the night. Room number 9, has a large corner bath arrangement rather rammed into a very small bathroom area. The high sides of the bath make it quite a step to get in to use as a shower. No hand hold for assistance. It was fine and the room was clean but I find some the reviews enthusiasm a bit of a stretch.
