The staff were all amazing and a credit to the hotel. The location is great with lots of parking. Breakfast was very good.

I had an allergic reaction to the mold in the bathroom in my room. All the floors creaked making it noisy.

Bed was comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean, pleasant helpful welcoming staff, good location.

The bathroom in my room was very tired, dimly lit, the bath tap/mixer valve was extremely stiff and hard to select the shower option. In desperate need of refurbishing.

Water pressure on the second floor during a morning shower was very poor had to keep turning the tap off to build up pressure, the mattress you could feel most springs and no power sockets near the bed.

The breakfast was excellent, a good selection of cereal and fruit and the full English was perfectly cooked. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Liked the lounge to sit in after dinner. Staff were friendly. Room service was available.Fantastic value for money.Comfortable bed and big fluffy towels.

Bathroom a bit small. Bath had separate hot and cold taps which made the shower a bit difficult to use.

A nicely located hotel

Location and friendly staff with very good breakfast.

Hotel is looking tired and could do with some TLC. Some of the furnishings (chairs) are literally disintegrating and are an infection control risk. The hotel was also over heated and almost stifling. We spoke to Reception staff about this and they said that it was an old building and the heating system could not be altered in different rooms. They also said that a lot of their customers complain that it is too cold! We were definitely suffocating in the hotel and became quite dehydrated. Not complaining but the heating bill must be extortionate!!

V good bfast The hotel main areas had been upgraded & were v tasteful. My room was a good size ( twin ) decorated v nice, the bathroom def could do with upgrade, but it worked, my only complaint was Lino of bathroom floor, def needs replacing & dirty , yukky around the edges

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Swaffham. Plenty of parking also.

The room and hotel are so very dated now, they could do with spending some money on it. The shower mixer was broken so you had a choice of very hot water or cold. A cleaner came into our room without knocking at just gone 10am, check out was at 11am!

I went in to book in and there was no booking for us. So in the we were allocated a room but it didn't have a proper working shower so I had to use a separate bathroom elsewhere next to a room which had certainly seen better days!!

Don’t stay here!!

Absolutely nothing!!!

Dated rooms, damp smell and damp bed sheets! Needs a good re decorate and modernised in the bedrooms we used anyway. Very noisy with it being on the street. I won’t stay again.
