MSK The Whiteley

We got a clean, well decorated room with a balcony and was surprised by how big the room was (based on reviews we were expecting a really small room). The bathroom (with a shower) was very small, but it was really clean and also well decorated. Overall, the room was sufficient for us as we were only staying the one night, but I wouldn't stay for longer than a long weekend. Location is great - less than 15 minute walk from London Paddington station, plenty of restaurants in the local area and a couple of minutes walk to Hyde Park. Considering how lovely the room is and its location, the value is fantastic.

Even though they provided tea and coffee, was surprised they didn't provide individual long life milk pods.

L emplacement à 3 mn du métro. La rue calme. Le petit jardin devant. La chambre confortable.

Pas de rideaux transparents sur les fenêtres sur rue au rez-de-chaussée.

Hôtel très moderne, literie très confortable, chambre propre et personnel disponible pour les demandes. Assez de place pour deux

Un peu de bruit mais pas fort dérangeant

It was extremely small and noisy. I was in room G-12 and people ( staff) would stand right out the door and talk loudly on the phone very early in the morning. You have to ask to have room service and they just dropped off clean towels, didn’t take garbage out or make up room. Very lazy staff. Won’t answer phone and barely will greet you coming into the building.
