    Great position. Very close to Queensway and Bayswater undergrounds. The original part of the building is wonderful but the more modern part, far less so. There are tea and coffee making facilities but no fridge. The breakfast was very good (including a full English) except no rolls to enhance the continental breakfast, just sliced bread. The pastries were tasty and appear to be freshly cooked. The downsides, the rooms are tiny with very little space around the bed. No room for any suitcase. (Personally, I would eliminate the wardrobe, (just have a couple of hooks) and leave the space for a suitcase. The shower is in the bath which definitely makes it tricky for some users.

    Good location, 3 minutes away from tube station and bus stop. Beatiful hall and stairs, room itself was clean , clean bed and bathroom. Comfy bed but horrible cheap pillows, no sound proof at all, you can hear anything from outside or next room. Breakfast was good.

    Staff appeared unable to cope with numbers of guests at check-in & breakfast & appeared under pressure. Hotel appeared understaffed or no management staff on duty. Staff were polite & helpful. Stayed in a very small single room, no hairdryer evident, shower was over the bath (stand into bath to use) & it was called 'De Luxe.' The location was excellent, however & very close to Tube stations & Hyde Park & Kensington Palace. The hotel's bedroom carpet had seen better days. It was very overpriced for what it was, however, being London it was probably based on location & demand. Would rate it 3* hotel at most.
