    Clean, fresh room, friendly staff, we stayed during the July heatwave and there was cold bottled water available from reception on request during heat wave. Fan in room.

    Only the premier rooms are renovated and have air conditioner. Staffs are nice and very helpful.

    Stayed here twice..the first one was almost 15 years ago..2nd one was last week 8 July..the hotel doesnt change that much. Still has the hospitality and nice efficient staff. Staff are helpfull. Location was great near 2 tube station..Bayswater and Queensway. Got 2 single bedded room..size was ok only toilet was a bit small. My stay there was ok.

    My booking are 2 premier double with Aircond but when we checked in they gave us room 107 without Aircond and 503 with queen size bed. When I asked them to checked my booking they said it’s depends on availability. The reason I choose this hotel coz it’s air conditioning and it’s end up one of the room without air conditioning. We are so disappointed with this hotel
