I like the location, it’s very good and the service of the personal was very good, I was there from 4th to 7th Jun and the girl with short and brown hair and the guy from Brazilian, I don’t remember his name :(… they were very very kind. Excellent service
I didn’t like the bed, very high and the bathroom weren’t properly clean

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms—both inside and outside the room—were very clean. The common areas were well-equipped, and overall, the hostel offers great value for money. Oh, I have to mention how attentive and friendly the staff is. They’re always very helpful and quick to assist. A special shout-out to the Brazilian guy!
It’s not exactly that I “didn’t like it,” but the room was right across from one of the hostel’s common areas, and at night it was very noisy, with people singing and talking loudly. But during the two days I stayed there, they quieted down after midnight or so.

Location. Close to Kensington Gardens, Shops, Bus Stops and Bayswater Underground.
Facilities.
Barely a bed. Have to go through the Showers and Toilets to get to the room.
Poor light in the room.
Needs more cleanliness. Toilets smelled.
Storage facility is charged. Most hostels allow luggage room facility free of charge.
Kitchen is dirty.
Breakfast provided is not worth the price charged.
