Look the staff was cool and the manager seemed nice enough but the location needs a caring hand and it is a tight squeeze all the way around, a stay here would probably make Your vacation worse, I paid for 2 nights non refundable and went in looked around and decided to shower and leave, I slept on the river by the eye and had wifi from the eye power from pret manger and enjoyed the urban camping instead. It is great place to book if You do urban camping as they will hold your things and provide a shower and You can still show Police You are a legitimate tourist. The city camping in london is great btw, I spent some time at the fountain outside Buckingham palace and westminster abbey and took night photos and it was a ghost town but tuck away or store valuable because I did see a snatch and grab by a low life on e bike wearing a ski mask.

This isn't Bellhouse, it's a Bedbug House. After one night here, I never want to set foot in this place again. The only positive was a fast check-in by a polite woman at the bar. Beyond that, everything is terrible. The bathrooms and showers are filthy and practically falling apart. In my 6-bed room on the top floor, there were no lockers at all to keep belongings safe. To make matters worse, the mattress was infested with bedbugs. I spent the night itching and suffered a severe allergic reaction to their bites, even while sleeping fully clothed. This is by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here—it will ruin your trip!
