I would like to mention people that made my hostel experiences amazing, Maureen,Valentine, Ben,Omar, Pepito... Generally, all staff members are friendly and doing their best for customer service. All the mentioned names I have had a direct great experience with their service.

I’ve had 2nights stay here ,the staff was very welcoming . Only one thing bothered me was the intense bad smell in the room and the smell of the pillow . the window was constantly opened . The pillow had a bad odour 100% The first night I had no issues apart from the smell that made me cough a lot but I asked att the reception if can be done something .. The second night after linen been changed for x reasons I had itchy reactions …I generally get this if the linen is not properly clean so I’d say keep an eye on the cleanliness.

I leave one star because I can't leave 0. Other than the evident lack of hygiene that you can see in the moment you enter and bad smell, there were BEDBUGS in the bed, very big. I had to leave the hostel at night when I came back and saw them. I asked for a refund but didn't receive any answer.
