It was in a good location, close to local facilities and tube stations
The lack of any form of air con or fans during a heatwave Lack of amenities in the room such as chairs, kettle with tea and coffee supplies, extra towels, tv remote, extra pillows, hand soap Lack of staff when we went to check out - concerning that there was no staff on site at all overnight and there was no guarantee how quickly things could be actioned by using the emergency number. When it came to us checking out around 8am, there was no one on the front desk and we weren’t advised about this or what to do so we just had to leave the key on the desk and hope for the best No working lock on the door - this is very concerning as we did hear some commotion in the room above us that made us feel a little unsafe and we were unable to lock the door.
