Logis Hôtel Maison Voltaire

Very central location which was ideal for walking into town, we had a reserved space in their car park 5 minutes walk away which was great as parking hard to find. It was difficult to park outside to unload, so had to pull up on the main road nearby first. We had a family room which was a good size, fairly basic but fine as we didn't spend much time there. It has air-con which was needed for the hot weather. The first night the electric kept tripping so had to unplug some devices which was annoying but it didn't happen the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay, basic but the location was ideal.

The location is great; the staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the bed is comfy, there is airco.

It wasn't clear for me that this is not a traditional hotel with a lobby and 24h reception. The hotel is closed until 16h, but the personnel at the restaurant was very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage there. The shower cabin is pretty small and the room is not very well isolated accustically.

Hotel very convenient for town centre and river Loire. At least we had windows as I gather some rooms didn't!

Breakfast basic French bread and croissants. We were not told on arrival that private parking was chargeable. Room very basic and wall between next door bathroom was paper thin, Thankfully the bathroom separated us from their bedroom. Signed in to hotel wifi but unable to access internet!
