The location of the rooms was excellent. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was close by and well equipped. Nice to make yourself a cup of tea in the mornings. Via del Cancello is a pretty and quiet little side street.
It would have been nice to meet a receptionist. Communication via whatsapp and leaving written notes for check-in details worked well enough but it's not the same. I asked for help arranging a taxi to the airport but didn't get any.

Location was great. Room was cleaned everyday. There was no kitchenette but you could use the shared kitchen. Room was very small and basic although the bed was comfy.
Small room, extraction fan didn't work and light in the bathroom didn't turn off. There was a lot of stairs and to be honest we wouldn't have booked this room if we knew the amount of stairs. There was no assistance getting the luggage up the stairs. My elderly mother struggled.
