I had many concerns about the property's location, cleanliness, spaciousness, size, comfort, and communication with the staff... But even before arriving, Manuela's welcoming messages, detailed explanations, and attentiveness gradually dispelled my worries. The property is easily accessible, in a central location, on a beautiful street, allowing you to feel like you're part of Rome and experience the city. Entry is self-check-in and very simple; it's a historic building, and since I love old buildings and furnishings, I really liked the property. From the moment I saw it, all my worries were replaced by a feeling of being at home. The property was very clean; our cups, coffee, water, everything was thoughtfully provided. Manuela, with her smiling face and attentiveness, made us feel both at home and among friends; she answered all our questions instantly, was helpful, and communication was fantastic. The property's operation, the terrace on each floor, and the seating areas were wonderful. It was within walking distance of all the historical sites. We feel like we've found our home in Rome. Wi-Fi is inconsistent depending on the device (TV and iPhone couldn’t connect) Some advertised amenities couldn’t be fully used due to Wi-Fi issues Room is very close to the common area → noise in the mornings Occasional late-night noise from other guests

Unclean ( cleaned well following our request), shower drain clogged and the other shower water was cold, need ramp for clean luggage, replacing towels daily should be allowed (even if for extra charge), laundry service should be facilitated
