Room 94 Luxury

Proximity to the Pantheon and Castel Sant’Angelo, AC worked great despite 97*f outside in August, and nice selection of restaurants close by. Very clean and spacious inside for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (17 & 11).

Location, location, location!!! This property is within walking distance to The Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and much more! The staff is top notch and go above and beyond to make your stay great! My wife, son and I were so comfortable staying here. This will be our goto property every time we visit Rome!

The room is big and beautiful

Good Location and Lovely Room, but the Description Was Misleading The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable, and overall it was good value for the price. The location was excellent, with the Trevi Fountain only around a 20-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring Rome. However, the name “Room 94 Luxury” and the way the property was advertised as a boutique hotel were somewhat misleading. In reality, it felt more like a guest house. There were several flights of stairs and multiple codes required to enter the building and access the room, which was inconvenient, particularly with luggage. There was also no minibar in the room, despite this being indicated in the property description. The twin beds were quite small, so they may not be ideal for taller guests or anyone wanting more sleeping space. Overall, the room itself was nice and the location was a major plus. For the price, it was a reasonable stay, but the property description and name could give guests a different impression of what to expect. Being clearer that it is a guest house and outlining the stairs and facilities would make for a more accurate listing.
