Fantastic central location with helpful staff. Rooms are huge and have air conditioning.

Bathrooms are old as you would expect but completely functional.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. We picked the hotel for its unusual decor and it did not disappoint the rooftop breakfast is lovely a well worth 15 Euros. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Elevator is a bit jenky, but that is true on Rome generally

The location was perfect for a quick visit to Rome

The location was very central. Walking distance towards many popular sites such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Lots of food options nearby, and a quick walk to bus stops for public transport. The decor was also very quirky and unique, definitely one of a kind.

The place overall is quite old and has no sound proofing. We could hear everything from the streets below. Because it’s in a very central location in the middle of the city it was pretty loud all hours of the night. Our last night in Rome was a Friday night and we could hear loud club music pumping from the street below. The bathroom needs renovating. The shower head was completely broken and limp. The hardware that holds the shower head in place was loose and didn’t have the strength to hold the shower head in place. We had to hold the shower head up with one hand while we showered. When I told reception at check out they just said “thank you for letting us know”. However, when we checked into the room on day 1, the shower head was propped up awkwardly in a way so that it looked like it wasn’t broken. So the staff were clearly already aware before my stay. The toilet didn’t flush well and there were random puddles of water pooling on the floor.
