Good location. Available elevator. Clean room. Reasonable price. Had air conditioning. Friendly staff (but they're located a couple blocks away, with only office hours). Shuttle service to the airport available ($).
The key situation was bad. Only had one key and you need it to lock the door from inside too, so couldn't have one person leave without locking the other in, or leaving them no way to lock the door.

Great location and the room was quite large
The air conditioning was barely functional and did not cool down the room to the set temperature. I would estimate it only got as cool as 25 degrees and we would wake up sweaty. The shower head was also broken and couldn’t be moved upwards so it was just spraying at chest height the whole time
