Chose this hotel because of its location and it did not disappoint. Hands down, cannot ask for better location. Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps are all a short walk from the hotel. Countless restaurants, pubs, cafes and gelatarias at your footsteps. Rooftop gin bar is a bonus. Clean and comfortable rooms. No road noise considering its central location. Air conditioning works. Taxi to Vatican 10 Euro (we walked to Vatican… totally walkable). Taxi to Colosseum 15 Euro (only attraction you would want to take a taxi to in summer heat, otherwise it too is walkable… 30 minutes). Walking the streets of Rome has its own charm, much like Venice (Venice is better). Front desk calls the taxi for you and they arrive in 2 minutes. We normally stay at higher end hotels but chose this because of its location and are glad that we did…. we wanted to explore Rome on foot. The hotel delivers on every facet it advertises.

Excellent location. Recently renovated and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a lifesaver after long walks in the July heat.
