It was clean and the location.
The privacy was insufficient, as external noises were clearly audible through the door and walls.

The location is walking distance from mostly all touristy places and attractions. Also the snacks provided for free was really nice gesture.
The sound proofing of the rooms was so bad. I could hear the tv sound from the room in front of mine. I had hard time falling asleep…
