The location was exceptional, although,it was strange to go to a separate building for breakfast. It was lovely to stay in an authentic Roman building with its character and history all around. The fact that it is near many of the main sites is wonderful. Communication was good. The facilities in the apartment made the most of yhe space available.
The lift could do with a thorough clean, the narrow road the building is on is quite often littered with food rubbish from the local restaurants and very unpleasant to walk through. This is out of the control of the building management but it does detract.

Location was very good and surprisingly quiet.
The gluten-free alternatives were very poor at the cafe where breakfast vouchers are redeemed.

The room was spacious and clean.
Not easy to get in and out of lift. Also, going through a few doors before accessing the room was at times challenging. Nobody to reach out to in case of an issue.
