Casa Bella Pantheon

The location is gold. It's only a few minutes walk away from some of the important tourist attractions. There's also a lot of restaurants and shops around within walkable distance. The staff also helped us order an airport pick up, which is very helpful. The air conditioner is extremely refreshing in the Italian hot summer.

The ceilings of the two bedrooms are connected with the hallway, where the sofa bed is, so there is less privacy. Most importantly this makes the rooms less soundproof. We can hear very clearly what the person in another room is doing. This is more serious when one of us snored very loudly and we could not sleep. There should be some description about how the rooms are designed before we book.

There was no soundproofing; you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the street.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the main landmarks of the city. Extremely comfortable bed. Easy communication and very helpful staff.

Great location!

Not clean! There’s mold all in the walls of the shower and bathroom, and the beds were awful. They ‘cleaned our room’ once in our 3 night stay, didn’t replace any toilet paper, and TURNED OFF THE AC! We got back from being out (it was 38 degrees) and the room was warm!! There is no staff there except for a few hours a day so we had to go buy toilet paper. They also would not let me pay the tourist tax in cash, as it was online only, but then they charge you a €4.10 fee for using the online system…… I understand it’s only a few euros but we bring cash to places for a reason!
