There was no soundproofing; you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the street.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the main landmarks of the city. Extremely comfortable bed. Easy communication and very helpful staff.

Everything is just perfect

Location is great, 5min walk by the Pantheon and around 10min to the Trevi fountain.

Communication prior to arrival was very good and messages were responded to. The entry instructions were easy to follow at check-in. The location is excellent. Less than 2 minutes walking the Pantheon and about 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain. The mattresses were comfortable (pillows not great) and the air conditioning worked well. There was a small fridge in the room which was really handy. There is a communal kitchen which looked well equipped, but we didn't have a need to use it. The beds were made, bins emptied and towels were replenished each day as required.

The apartment is very tired. The plug sockets and light switches were hanging off or broken, the wallpaper was peeling in places, the holder for the shower was cracked and there was mould high on the ceilings in the bathroom. The WiFi didn't work for the time we were there, despite several messages exchanged to resolve this. We also couldn't get 5G to connect in the building. This was really frustrating, especially when travelling with children who wanted to be online in the room when taking a break from the heat. There was no presence of staff at any point during our stay. The stairway/landing had a lot of things stored, so looked unsightly as a first impression. There was something spilled on the stairs that was never cleaned during our stay.
